PRODUCT POLICY

Our giftboxes are personal picked and curated by a member of Mostyn & Frankie team.

We guarantee that all products picked and assembled will be of excellent condition and curated to the highest standard. We will endeavor to select your M&F giftbox to reflect the image shown on our website and or promotional material. Please note that we pride ourselves on sourcing handmade and crafted items with each piece being unique and may differ from the items shown. Mostyn & Frankie reserve the right to replace an item that reflects as close as possible to the item displayed.  

SHIPPING

Orders placed via our website will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

We use  Sendle  for our postage needs. Standard shipping 3-10 business days depending on your location. A personal delivery service is available, please ask us for details.

If your Mostyn & Frankie Curated Giftbox purchased items aren’t delivered within 10 business days of placing your order please email us at hello@mostynfrankie.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery promptly. It may simply be a case of attempted delivery and has been sent back to your local post office awaiting collection. 

Free Pickup from Mostyn & Frankie premises in North Yunderup WA is available.   Pickup is available on all orders Monday – Sunday. Please advise at POS.  All pickup availability is subject to confirmation via email and ID and proof of purchase will need to be presented at Mostyn & Frankie at the time of pickup.  

Order Tracking: Once your M&F Curated giftbox and or purchases have been individually handpicked and carefully packed by a member of the M&F team and posted you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your parcel with Sendle. If you are not home at the time of delivery your products will be taken to your nearest  Sendle pick up location. 

We guarantee that all products will be posted in an excellent condition and are packed properly to exclude any damages. Mostyn & Frankie will not be held accountable for items that are damaged or lost during transit.

Costs: All Australian orders are sent via  Sendle with a per weight cost.  If you require express post, please email hello@mostynfrankie.com.au. Please note that International Shipping is currently not available. In person delivery is available at a cost of $30.00 with in the radius indicated in the shipping calculator. In Person delivery is free to the Peel region. Orders over $200.00 receive free shipping.
